Zimbabwean Minister of Cooperatives was the first and key speaker at ۱st Intl Conference on Advantages and Capacities of Cooperatives in Economic and Social Development who lauded activities taken in Iran in the field of cooperatives and said: «Bright future awaits Iranian cooperatives sector. »
He lauded activities taken by Iran in the field of cooperatives and said: «With the studies made in this regard, I concluded that Iran enjoys high capability in order to flourish its cooperatives sector optimally.

Elsewhere in his remarks, he pointed to the activity of cooperatives in Zimbabwe and said: «Transport, fishery and mine are the main activity of cooperatives sector in this country.»
Given the above issue, cooperatives sector in Zimbabwe managed to create a giant development in small- and mid-scale businesses in the country, he maintained.
In the end, he pointed to the tangible activities of cooperatives in Zimbabwe which managed to generate new job opportunities to a great number of job-seeking people in this impoverished African state. Generally speaking, cooperatives sector managed to bring about a palpable change in living condition of people in this country.
