Cooperative Societies Should Focus on Successful Models in World

Merge small-scale cooperative societies in order to create powerful ones. In your opinion, how is the status of cooperative societies in contemporary world of today? Are they on the verge of ascending or descending?
In response to your question, I should say that discourse of cooperative societies are growing in world in a way that a world organization has come to being which has been tasked with supporting cooperative societies and planning for boosting their activities in related field.
Studies indicate that income rate of world's top ۳۰۰ cooperative societies is equal to Canada's gross domestic product (GDP). It is interesting to know that of total top ۳۰۰ cooperative societies in world, six of them belong to New Zealand.
What is your opinion on strong and weak points of cooperatives sector in Iran?
New Zealand is home to ۱۲۰ cooperative societies but I was informed of existence of ۱,۰۰۰ cooperative societies in Iran. To me, small- scale cooperative societies in Iran should be merged in order to form a powerful cooperatives society.
What is you recommendation for promoting and enhancing status of cooperative societies in Iran? I would like to speak with officials concerned in the field of cooperative societies in Iran in order to inform them of golden opportunities which exists in this sector. I advise responsible officials to take a tour to Australia and New Zealand which have obtained successful experiences in this respect.
