Top Ten Award was established 2002 to Recognize outstanding individuals, groups , Companies , Organizations representing the best in the public works profession.
The Top Ten Award International meeting will be held every year in a country for promotion of the quality of works, services and/or productions . There was a schedule ۲۰۰۲-۲۰۲۰ for organizing the award meeting annually . ۲۰۱۰ top ten award meeting will be held at ۲۷ July in Tbilisi , Georgia in cooperation with GIC.
