Human's environmental conditions have direct impact on his mental behavior, physical condition, the way of carrying out the jobs, and in general, covers all aspects of human life. Whereas, major part of people's daily life is being spent either in their residential place or working offices, hence creating a favourable environmental conditions in such buildings are regarded as crucial in so far as the quality of life is concerned
Nowadays, air-conditioning systems are assumed to be one of the most important part of each and any building. For this reason the latest state-of-the-art technological advancement has been utilized to design the new version of the Intelligence Building Management System to incorporate both an ideal air-conditioning system with optimizing energy consumption. While these systems fully monitor the various parts of the buildings, they create a favourable environmental conditions by providing a multiple simultaneous services with the aim of optimizing energy consumption, enhancing productivity and efficiency of the building facilities and installations
These systems imposes a fairly lower maintenance costs for such buildings, which have less complex air-conditioning systems. It is acknowledged that an effective method of economizing energy consumption in the buildings is to halt the operation of the systems on such times and locations, in which neither in current use, nor any activity is in progress
